I work with adults (18 and older) experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns. While every person’s experience is unique, I commonly support individuals with:

I also have a strong interest in supporting individuals who feel unheard or misunderstood in their lives or communities, including those in the LGBTQ+ community and older adults.

When appropriate, I carefully prescribe and adjust medications to help stabilize mood, improve focus, and reduce anxiety. My goal is to use medication thoughtfully and safely, always considering your individual situation and preferences.

Medication Management


At the core of my work is listening. I provide a space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and process what you are going through. Many patients find this level of connection and attention to be a meaningful part of their healing.

Supportive and Patient-Centered Care


I incorporate simple tools such as breathing exercises and grounding techniques to help calm the mind and manage overwhelming emotions. These strategies can be used in daily life to create a greater sense of control and balance.

Stress Reduction and Relaxation Techniques


I believe small, consistent changes can make a big difference. We may explore areas such as sleep, nutrition, movement, and daily routines to support your overall mental well-being in a realistic and sustainable way.

Lifestyle and Wellness Support

Understanding what you are experiencing is empowering. I take time to explain conditions, answer questions, and provide practical tools that help you manage symptoms with more confidence and clarity.

Appointment Types

All appointments are designed to be patient-centered, with enough time for you to feel comfortable, supported, and never rushed.

Initial Evaluation

Length: 90 minutes

Fee: $250

This is a comprehensive first visit where we take time to understand your full story. We will review your mental, emotional, and physical health, discuss your current concerns, and begin creating a personalized treatment plan together.

Follow-Up Appointment (Therapy and/or Medication Management)

Length: 50 minutes

Fee: $175

These sessions allow us to check in on your progress, adjust your treatment plan, and continue working toward your goals. We will also address lifestyle, coping strategies, and any challenges you are facing.

Brief Follow-Up Appointment (Medication Management)

Length: 25 minutes

Fee: $90

These focused sessions are designed for medication check-ins and quick adjustments. We will review how you are feeling, address any concerns, and make sure your treatment remains effective and aligned with your needs.

PAYMENT/NO-SHOW/SAME DAY CANCELLATION POLICY

A $100 deposit for intake and $50 deposit for follow-up is required for all cash-pay appointments, and copays are due at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied to the cost of your visit upon completion of the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Some services may require insurance pre-authorization to by covered.

NOT all services or treatments are covered by insurance.

NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION within 24 hours there will be an Intake charge of $100 with a $50 Follow-up fee.
